The Journey Begins

Thanks for joining me! Our first stop is Fat Boyzz in Longview, Tx! First off I am a burger connoisseur and any burger you get from Fat Boyzz will leave you wanting more.

If I’m being honest, I was aware there would be on one on the menu at Fat Boyzz, because a co-worker insisted I join him to try it out. With a name like Fat Boyzz, I was surely about to embark on a burger adventure. The menu description may leave you wondering but as soon as the burger hits your table you will know you are in the right place. However, it was the taste that called me home. I am not sure what spices were used, nor am I sure I really need to know. What I did experience was one of the most original tasting hamburgers I have enjoyed in quite awhile. Juicy, tender, tasty, due to the nicely charred crust prepared to order at medium temperature – served piping hot. The homemade  bun was fluffy and moist, not dry and flaky as some tend to be. The accompanying tasty french fries were glazed with a nice layer of spices, which presented a glistening crispy texture.

Fat Boyzz presented a wonderful burger experience, taking me on a journey from the classic burger adventure. The down home decor, mixed with the owner’s roots, added a nice touch to my midday meal. Cheers to eating more burgers!
